Honda Civic

Good fuel economy. Fun, sporty drive. Up-to-date and top-notch technology. All excellent reasons why the 2015 Honda Civic is an excellent choice for your next car purchase. This awesome ride is available in sedan and coupe body styles and has several consumer-appealing trims. To learn more, continue reading.

The LX trim, available in coupe and sedan, comes with base-level standard equipment, like 15-inch steel wheels, power accessories, air conditioning, and cruise control. It also adds some nice upscale tech features that make it a trim worthy of attention. It includes a five-inch display screen, rearview camera, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, and SMS text messaging functionality. Plus, it gets a four-speaker (six for the coupe) sound system with CD player, auxiliary audio jack, iPod/USB audio interface, as well as Pandora radio functionality.

On top of the piles of features found on the SE trim, it also includes a lengthy list of tech add-ons, like right-side blind-spot camera and upgraded six-speaker sound system. It also has the HondaLink smartphone integration with Aha radio and Apple-base Siri Eyes Free voice-command functionality.

Step up to the EX and you’ll get nice upgrades, like keyless entry and ignition, sunroof, and HDMI interface. Touchscreen display jumps to seven inches. The coupe also gets an upgraded seven-speaker sound system for better listening.

The EX-L adds luxury appeal with heated mirrors and front seats, leather upholstery, and navigation system, plus HD and satellite radio. Driver comfort is increased on the sedan with an eight-way power driver seat.

The HF trim, available only in sedan, is perfect for anyone wanting maximum mpg. How does it do it? The HF is equipped with special upgrades, including: low-rolling resistance tires, aerodynamic cast aluminum wheels, wind-cheating underbody panels, and rear spoiler.

The Si trim is the top-of-the-line for the 2015 Civic. It stands mighty on 18-inch alloy wheels, has a larger engine that provides sport-tuned suspension, and unique front and rear styling tweaks. The Si also has fog lights, rear spoiler, limited-slip front differential, and interior upgrades, like sport front seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and aluminum shift knob. It also has simulated carbon-fiber accents and red backlit gauges.

The 2015 Civic also comes in a Hybrid model, as well as a Natural Gas model. The Hybrid comes in four trim levels - base, Leather, Navi, and Leather with Navi. The base comes with most of the standard equipment found on the EX sedan and rides on 15-inch steel wheels. The Hybrid’s Leather and Leather with Navi trims both include most of the features found on the EX-L. While the Leather with Navi adds a navigation system to its load, both trims offer forward-collision and lane-departure warning systems.

Coming in two trims is the Natural Gas model of the Civic. The base trim houses most of the standard features found on the LX, plus includes some EX touches, like right-side blind-spot camera and HondaLink with seven-inch touchscreen display. The Natural Gas model’s Leather with Navi trim adds a navigation system on top of most of the features found on the EX-L.
